Targeted at the millennial Arab woman, WomeX is on a mission to build a culturally-relevant community of girl bosses and rule breakers to achieve their 10x potential.

WomeX came into existence after its founder witnessed a substantial gap in confidence-building for the millennial woman especially those that work on developing a growth mindset.

RUMAITHA AL BUSAIDI
Rumaitha is a multi award-winning radio presenter and sportswoman, Rumaitha has traveled solo to 73 countries and in the process became the youngest Omani to step foot on the South Pole and to have scaled four out of the seven highest volcanic summits of the world.
With her multidisciplinary experiences in media, public policy, and investments, she understands workings of spearheading an idea to fruition. Rumaitha is a Harvard Kennedy School graduate with a Masters in Public at Administration, and the recipient of the prestigious Littauer Fellows Award.
